DECCO S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw at 15 V Poprzeczna Street, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000407150, REGON 790753957, NIP 844 20 10 057, based on Article 4c of the Act of March 8, 2013, on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1790), hereby declares that it has the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of art. 4, point 6 of the aforementioned Act.
